I work with senior leaders and executive teams (ExCo, Board level), in France and internationally, across multicultural environments. I also engage on missions led by consulting firms, supporting leadership teams facing strategic challenges. My work consists of aligning teams, accelerating decision-making and translating strategic intent into lasting collective performance.
Bronze medallist at the London 2012 Olympic Games, following twelve years on the French national team and a career marked by two World Championship silver medals and a European Championship title, I built this approach in environments where rigour, uncertainty and the ability to decide quickly are the norm.
A civil engineering graduate by training, holder of an Executive Master in Management from EM Lyon Business School and trained in executive coaching at Université Paris-Dauphine, I bridge strategy and execution enabling leadership teams to perform collectively in complex, high-stakes contexts.
