Sailing expert & Motivational speaker
As a professional sailor, I spent over twenty years competing for Team France in Olympic sailing, earning a Bronze Medal at the London 2012 Games, becoming a two-time World Vice-Champion and European Champion.
Holding an Executive Master’s in General Management from EM Lyon Business School, I now connect sports excellence with business leadership.
My goal is to help teams transform pressure into positive energy and to cultivate trust, focus, and resilience.
Certified in Team Coaching at Paris-Dauphine University, I guide each crew at sea to enhance communication, collaboration, and confidence — the foundations of sustainable performance.
